​The recipes on this site are original creations (unless otherwise stated) that have been inspired by co-workers, books, and general kitchen experience over the years.  They are generally designed in a larger batch format, 1-2 gallon sizes, because that's how I cook and it gives me the opportunity to share my creations with people I know.

  The final product is an influenced original recipe that others are more than welcome to borrow and change.  If you do use any of the recipes on this site, I just ask that you send a shout out or a link to it.  Enjoy
