What the What

I started working in the restaurant industry back in '98 when I was at college.  Since then I've moved around the country working in restaurants and as a caterer.  The ability to look at what you have and make something that works is key to saving money.  A great way to do this is by making soups.  I decided to start a living cookbook so I can share my soups and other creations with you.  As an added bonus, I also use this to share some of the meals I've had around the world.
